Florham Park, NJ, February 3, 2006 — Unicorn HRO, a leading provider of benefits, payroll, and human resources solutions, announced today that Bayer Clothing Group has migrated from Unicorn HRO’s AS/400 product to Unicorn HRO’s GenevaPlus Hosted solution effective January 1, 2006. Bayer Clothing Group has utilized the AS/400 product since 1987.

Bayer Clothing, a family owned business, is a manufacturer of men’s clothing. The company has manufacturing locations in Pennsylvania and Florida.

After a successful implementation, Bayer Clothing and Unicorn HRO are currently in discussions of migrating their South America manufacturing location to GenevaPlus as well.
